How can I book a tour?
You can easily and securely book your tours directly through our website. All you need to do is select your desired tour and travel dates, then complete the payment process. A confirmation email containing your ticket will be sent to you immediately. For future bookings, you can register first and then complete the reservation process.
Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
Most of our cultural and historical tours are family-friendly and suitable for all ages. However, certain adventure activities like hot air balloon rides in Cappadocia or paragliding in Oludeniz have specific age and height requirements for safety reasons. Please check the “Important Information” section on individual tour pages.
What is included in the tour package?
Inclusions vary by tour. Generally, our packages cover professional English-speaking local guides, comfortable air-conditioned transportation, and main attraction entrance fees. Meals and optional activities will be clearly listed under the “Included/Excluded” tab on each tour’s detail page.
Are your tours private or part of a group?
We offer both options. You can join our cost-effective small group tours to meet fellow travelers, or book a fully private tour for a more personalized, flexible experience with your own dedicated guide and vehicle.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer flexible booking options. Most of our standard day tours can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Multi-day packages or tours involving domestic flights may be subject to stricter cancellation terms. For package tours, the specific cancellation policy for the package applies, as payments for items such as flight tickets and hotels are made prior to the booking date. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your chosen tour.
Are museum and attraction entrance fees included?
In most of our guided tours, skip-the-line entrance fees to main historical sites and museums are included in the overall price. Any optional experiences or extra fees are always transparently listed under the “Exclusions” section of the tour description.
